For the past 34 years now, European GTI and Volkswagen fans have been congregating in a sleepy little lakeside town in the Austrian Alps to appreciate each other’s cars (and to drink heavily). Volkswagen invited us to experience the pinnacle of VW fan culture and see and hear some of the finest vintage specimens of the breed.
