Whether you're a diehard 911 fan or curious about the 918 Spyder hybrid, the Porsche Expansion DLC for Forza Horizon 2 will let you get behind the wheel of ten of the most iconic cars to come out of Stuttgart. According to the official announcement, developer Turn 10 Studios has negotiated an agreement with EA to include Porsche vehicles not only in Forza Horzion 2, but also the upcoming Forza Motorsport 6.
Of course, this would hardly be out of the ordinary if not for the fact that Porsche was initially absent from Forza Motorsport 4 (and was later introduced via DLC), and remain so in Forza Motorsport 5. Such is the nature of the curious beast that is exclusivity and trademark licensing, it seems. But the contractual snafus of old appear to have been cleared up and we can all look forward to going on a rampage in masterfully piloting some gorgeous, expertly engineered German machinery in the sun-drenched European countryside.
