Batmobile Breaks Down outside of Toronto

A traffic snarl of heroic proportions slowed up travellers on the 401 near Napanee Sunday evening when Brampton Batman Stephen Lawrence's street legal (yes, seriously) Batmobile suffered a minor problem and had to pull off to the shoulder. Yes, you read that right. His Batmobile.

CTV reports that motorists gawked at the iconic movie star car Lawrence, who wears a Batman costume on a regular basis, jumped out to check on a mysterious noise coming from the body work.

Not to worry though, as Batman knows, sometimes you really don't need a tow, and after a quick fix for the loose panel the Batmobile was back underway.

The car, built here in Canada, is a regular feature at social and charity events in Toronto, like this one below.
