Toyota Prices 2017 RAV4

Toyota has just released details and prices for their 2017 RAV4 compact SUV. There are no mechanical changes, but there are more safety features added, a new top trim, and the Hybrid gets a pair of new trims.

The big news is the extra active safety. All trims get Toyota Safety Sense P. That includes pre-collision with pedestrian detection, lane guidance, radar cruise control and automatic high beams. Toyota is going full-steam ahead with their Safety Sense system, and these features are now on much of the company's lineup.

Base RAV4 LE trim gets a new 4.2-inch information display, automatic headlights, a 6.1-inch display audio system, back-up camera, and heated front seats. RAV4 SE will get a smart key with push-button start.

A new platinum package is available on RAV4 Limited all-wheel drive, and that's the new top model. It adds a power tailgate, ambient lighting, and body colour trim and badging. All RAV4 Limited models get the technology package as standard for 2017.

The RAV4 hybrid base model is now the LE+. That new trim has 17-inch alloys, dual zone climate, and fog lights. Also new to the hybrid side is the SE, which has a sportier suspension.

2017 RAV4 models are available now.
