Pricing Announced for Canadian-Built Flat Track Motorcycle

Canadian-built flat track motorcycle company Falcon Racing Company has announced pricing for its 450 DTX flat track bike, and it's a compelling $6,799.

The bike is built in Canada from parts made "overseas" (we assume China) and is set up with suspension from Ontario's Twenty Six suspension. That's the company run by reigning Canadian Flat Track champion Steve Beattie and is the go-to suspension company for many racers - including the fleet of Go Flat Track school bikes.

The units come ready to race in Flat Track Canada's DTX 450 class and represent a cheap entry level to the series, which kicks off with a launch party in at Barangas on the Beach in Hamilton on May 13.

At 43 hp the bikes are not as potent as the 51 hp Honda CRF450R but at under $7,000 they're over $3,000 less expensive - and come ready to race in flat-track trim.

Pre-sales are happening now at FalconRacingCo.com with a refundable deposit of $200 and bikes will be available out of the Niagara, Ontario workshop in coming weeks.

Round one of the 2017 Canadian National Flat Track Championship Race Series will take place at Woodstock Fairgrounds on May 20.
