Lamborghini has created a one-off Huracan, and it's a special gift to His Holiness Pope Francis. But this one isn't going to be the next Popemobile. The Vatican plans to auction it off for charity.
The Holy Huracan is a rear-drive coupe. It uses Lamborghini's 5.2L V10 that generates 602 hp, 413 lb-ft of torque, and makes a noise that will send you to the confessional.
The special model was created by Lamborghini's Ad Personam customization department. The special Bianco Monocerus paint and Giallo Tiberiono stripes pay tribute to the flag of Vatican City.
The car was also blessed and signed by Pope Francis at a presentation in the Vatican. Also in attendance were the CEO of Lamborghini and two of the technicians who built the car. It's a sharp contrast to the Pope's own car, a more humble Renault 4 that was donated by a priest.
It's not the first supercar donated to the Pope. It's one of the perks of being inside the country where the two biggest supercar makers reside. Pope John Paul II was given the final Ferrari Enzo, which was also auctioned to raise funds for charity work.
