Nissan has just announced pricing for the latest version of its best-selling vehicle. The all-new 2021 Nissan Rogue comes standard with heated seats and a heated steering wheel, plus Safety Shield 360, all starting from less than $29,000 and just $1,000 more than last year's Rogue.
This marks the third generation of Nissan's crossover, a badge that has been the automaker's best-seller since 2012. For this new model, the Rogue now has Nissan Safety Shield 360, a suite of driver aids including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot and lane departure warnings, rear emergency braking and cross-traffic assist, and high beam assist, even on the base S front-drive trim.
That base Rogue S also comes with LED headlights and taillights, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel standard along with a six-way power driver seat and 17-inch alloy wheels. NissanConnect with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on an 8.0-inch screen is included along with push start, keyless entry, and satellite radio.
The SV trim adds remote start and a panoramic roof along with roof rails, 18-inch alloy wheels, smart key for the rear doors, and an eight-way power driver seat. It also adds USB ports for rear passengers, radar cruise control, lane-keeping, surround-view camera, and ProPilot Assist lane guidance. This one comes with front-wheel drive and AWD, with a Premium package adding leatherette seats (with heated rear seats), rear sunshades, and a power tailgate.
Top-spec is Rogue Platinum, available only with AWD, it also has 19-inch alloy wheels, memory driver seat, motion-sensing tailgate, 9.0-inch touchscreen, navigation, traffic sign recognition, leather seats, and a three-zone climate control system as well as wireless charging and Bose 10-speaker audio.
The only engine option for the 2021 Nissan Rogue is a 2.5L four-cylinder delivering 181 hp and 181 lb-ft, backed by a CVT automatic. The 2021 Nissan Rogue is set to hit dealers in October starting from $28,498
