Toyota Canada today announced pricing for its 2020 Sienna minivan, which adds a new Nightshade Edition appearance package.
Sienna's new starting price of of $35,545 is an increase of $250 over last year's model, a bump that applies across a range of trims carried over from 2019.
The new Nightshade Edition builds on the SE eight-passenger model, adding black side mirrors, door handles, window trim, rear spoiler, taillight surrounds and badges. Its $43,805 MSRP is an $860 premium.
Toyota has carried over the rest of the Sienna range – a seven-passenger base model, eight-passenger front-wheel drive LE and SE trims ($38,950 and $42,945) and seven-passenger LE, SE and XLE models with AWD priced at $41,750, $51,620 and $47,185 respectively.
Top of the range is the XLE AWD with the Limited package, at $54,385, which includes niceties like a rear-seat entertainment system, bird's-eye view monitor, dual power sunroof, rain-sensing wipers and HID headlights.
Power comes from a 3.5L V6 making 296 hp and 263 lb-ft of torque, and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Standard safety features include the Toyota Safety Sense P package, which bundles forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, automatic high beam headlights and radar cruise control.
And like last year's model, the 2020 Toyota Sienna can be ordered in LE and XLE trim with an accessibility conversion.
The 2020 Toyota Sienna goes on sale across Canada this fall.
