2021 Mini Countryman Updated with Union Jack Tail Lights

The 2021 Mini Countryman has been refreshed for the coming model year with tweaked looks, new trims, and upgraded technology.

Starting with the design, the British brand’s Union Jack tail lights have finally been added to its largest vehicle and only SUV, which also gets standard LED headlights and fog lights. New finishes can be found both inside and outside, along with new wheels, new body-coloured bumper coverings, and a revised grille. Along with a new gloss black exterior trim option, two new colours are also available (White Silver and Sage Green Metallic), and, as always, drivers can get a contrasting roof and mirror caps.

Inside, the Countryman gets a new digital gauge cluster with an optional five-inch colour screen and the circular central touchscreen is now 8.8 inches with new touch-capacitive bookmarks. New leather options are also available and Cooper S Countryman and SE Countryman ALL4 models get standard piano black trim inside.

The hybrid SE Countryman ALL4 still comes with a six-speed transmission, but an eight-speed automatic is now standard on all other Countryman models.

The 2021 Mini Countryman is expected to arrive later this summer, with pricing and updated fuel economy to be announced close to that date.
