The last sedan sold by Chevrolet, the Malibu's days seem limited. But it remains on sale as the only domestic brand model family sedan left.
What's New
The only change of significance for 2021 is the addition of Wireless versions of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Available Trims
Malibu is offered in LS, RS, LT, and Premier trims, with the first three offering a 1.5L, 160 hp turbo-four and a CVT. The Premier model has a 250 hp 2.0L engine and a nine-speed automatic.
Standard Features
LS offers 16-inch alloys, cruise control, an 8.0-inch infotainment system with wireless phone pairing, a six-speaker stereo, six-way manual seats, tilt and telescoping wheel, active noise control, and teen driver monitoring. RS adds a dual exhaust and black grille with chrome surround, and black badges as well as 18-inch allows. It also has a power driver seat and leather steering wheel.
LT adds 17-inch alloys, dual-zone climate control with cabin filter, heated front seats, and power express up/down for the driver, while Premier comes with LED headlights, Bose audio, 8.0-inch dash info display, HD rear camera, seat memory, power passenger seat, ventilated front seats, a heated wheel, and a sunroof as well as all optional driver assistance features.
Key Options
Driver Confidence on LS and RS adds auto high beams, rear parking assist, pedestrian braking, and forward collision alert. LT Plus offers a dual-pane roof, leather-wrapped wheel, leather seating, and the driver confidence options with an LT True North offering rear park assist, cross traffic, blind spot alerts, and the dual-pane roof.
