Chevrolet Tahoe 1995-2014Change

I've owned this truck since 2008 and its a great ride! It's interior is very nice except for the fact that the driver's heated seat does not work! But it is a smooth, fast, powerful truck that I like to cruise around with my kids in! They love the power and how high it is!

having the 2 speed transfer case is needed if you are in an area that gets freezing rain. In 4 low icy roads are handled very well, even without winter tires

i owned my tahoe for 3 years ran strong and had very few issues had 270000 kms on it and would be still on the road today if the frame hadent rotted

I have had my Tahoe since 2001 and never had any problems with it. It pulls my 30 foot Searay Boat like there is nothing attached to the vehicle and gets better gas mileage then smaller SUVs I have owned as it doesn't have to work hard. At 140km towing a 10,000 lb boat the RPMs are at 3000. Hardly working... It 19 years old now with virtually no rust and going strong. Highly recommend buying one if you can find one.

I have owned this 2014 Tahoe LT Z71 for over one year. It is the best choice that I made in a SUV ever. Everything about it will amaze you with all the features, comfort, reliability and great looks. I would recommend this SUV to anyone.

Excellent design. Rugged look. Reliable. Lots of power. Comfortable ride and easy handling. Only downside is its fuel economy (which is expected with its massive 5.3L V8).

Drives nicely, great vehicle. So large and roomy inside, but sporty to drive. Will be buying another one of these soon!

I had this vehicle for 6 years, and I did regular upkeep on it every year. Let me tell you, this vehicle has some power. These are great vehicles and the 4x4 worked awesome in all conditions. Pretty good fuel economy for a 2001 SUV. Vehicle handled and drove awesome. Would definitely buy another Tahoe.

It's been simple and straightforward, very reliable. Good on any road and excellent for a large family.

LOVE THIS VEHICLE. Only sold it because I bought a newer version.
It can handle anything old man winter throws at you. You will NEVER get stuck again.
Love the truck chasis - makes for a super smooth ride for sleeping babies.
Love the side step - I'm a small mom and need it to step into the vehicle.
Love the height and size - I can see over the 25 sedans in front of me. (Just make sure you check height max at underground parking garage - you might not fit)
Love the back up cam - makes for precise parking.
Love the remote start - cools the car off or heats it up so babies can remain at a comfortable temperature.
Love the leather heated seats - very comfortable, and get very warm fast. Wipe clean after a coffee spill.
Love the steering, handling - responsive, enough torque to pass anything, and turns on a DIME! Also hauls trailers with ease.
Love the power fold in side mirrors - allows you to squeeze between you and the next guy in the parking lot.
Love the look - beefy, makes a statement. And sure beats the look of a minivan. LOL. (In my opinion).
Love the cargo space - used it to haul event decorations for years. And transported my two big dogs to and from the dog park with ease and ample room (with 3rd row bench removed).

Con: bit of a gas guzzler, but I would rather have not-great-gas-mileage and a huge, safe 4x4 for my family, than a small car with better-gas-mileage.

fantastic family truck, rides great in winter through snow. Feel's safe, nice and quiet ride. third row seats are removable to allow extra storage, very comfortable on long journey's, all highway km's, firestone tires can last the right driver another 2-3 yrs.

Very reliable vehicle and in excellent condition. I enjoyed my time with this vehicle thoroughly. It is time to part with it because I no longer have my children around and do not have the need for a large SUV. This vehicle has plenty of room for golf clubs, hockey equipment, groceries, furniture. Seats go down. Seats 5 large individuals very comfortable.

We bought this when it was a couple years old, and it served us well, no issues with it or worrying about reliability but the kids have moved out and we don't need the space anymore. So the reason we're selling is that we have downsized to something smaller. Still a great looking reliable roomy comfortable ride. seating for seven or easily remove the back row for loads of storage or for longer trips. Was ideal for our family of four.

I have had the Tahoe 5.3 L Z71 sport utility for 4 years and it has been an amazing vehicle. All I have ever done is routine maintenance brake changes, and oil changes. This vehicle has never left me stranded anywhere. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anybody.

This truck has been great! I originally purchased it due to the large amount of interior space for my kids. Other than a slight rust spot on one of the rear barn doors this truck is rust free. The interior when clean looks like new. For the size of truck it is actually pretty good on fuel, averaging 540-570 kms from a full tank (around 90-100$ to fill). This truck runs and drives awesome. Excellent in the snow (has a posi-traction rear differential). I have done a full tune-up,fuelpump/sending unit, and transmission all in the last year. I get alot of compliments on this trucks appearance. The only reason I'm selling it is because I need a pickup truck for my line of work now. This Tahoe is in top notch condition.

Not the best on gas but really makes vacations effortless! Love the high seats and leather interior. Has tons of space for whatever you need!

This vehicle has been great for what we needed it for, fishing trips, living in Calgary and driving in winter, long drives on the highway.

This car has been so reliable. I feel safe driving it, and it still looks good, despite it being 12 years old

My experience with this car has been amazing, engine runs super smoothly, everything works amazing, transmission works beautifully. great on space.

its a two door hatch back Tahoe, it has been in the family since purchased four years ago. Previous owner had no patience to fix it, so we tackeld it and spent $200 on it, and it runs like new. It gets an average of 23 mpg on the hwy and rides smooth like on clouds. the 5.7l motor is strong and only has 152700klm. so I feel like it stay in the family for yrs to come, unless some one makes a really good offer to buy.

I got this vehicle in 2002 so have had it for 11 years now. It's turning radius is amazing, don't know of any other vehicle with one as good. Can't beat the power and performance, will tow anything anywhere. Rides quiet. Not too bad on gas for a SUV its size. Has everything I need, really like it.

Been a great truck. Looks great, drives nice. Thirsty for gas, however.

Had quite a bit of warranty work done on it, nothing too major, water pump, stereo and other smaller things.

Love the truck but with gas prices going where they might be, it may spend more time looking pretty in the driveway.

i love my chev tahoe its very reliable, has alot of room for my family.its great on gas. i love the look of the vehicle interior of them is pretty nice.i would defitintly recommend getting one of these suvs if youve got a family.
