Ford Edge 2002-2016Change

Previously owned an Audi and am loving the SUV Edge in all wheel drive. The Edge is a nice heavy vehicle that works well in the winters even with all season tires. The panoramic sunroof is a real treat on the sunny summer days. My only disappointment is the fact that a roof rack is not possible with the sunroof. I am a skier and need a place to load my equipment. the short cargo area is not suitable for storing skies and the 60/40 back seats don't allow you to fold one down and still carry 4 people.

I love my edge. perfect for a mom or dad on the go. After driving a mustang it seems like the edge struggles a bit to get going but the drive is smooth. only problem ive ever had is with the rear brakes. my e brake seems to catch and run down the rear calipers even when not in use. probably just a problem with my car. Also when having the brakes changed you have to let the proffesionals do it. Theyve but the parking brake inside the rear calipers so it makes for a difficult and possibly dangerous change

The driving in it is very smooth, it is great in snow and handles very well. The look of it is also appealing

We bought our ford edge in April 2012. We did buy used, but it was only about six months old at the time. Before the Edge we had a Mazda CX-7, a great car. The CX-7 I a little smaller than the Edge but that’s all we really needed at the time. Now with two teens, we decided to get something bigger, and the Edge is great at being big and roomy inside. Sadly with great room it isn’t great at the pump, not with the V6 at least. The exterior isn’t that bad. Even with the SEL model, but we got the larger rims. Over all the Ford Edge is a great car for a family, with its comfort, sportiness, and looks.

We have had the Edge for 4 months and have found it to be a great investment. We are getting on average 23.5 Mpg . Find it handles very well and a very nice ride. Overall it's a well laid out vehicle and very driver friendly. We have had no issues with it great buy

We got ours last year and Love it. It rides nice and comfortable. All gadgets are close by for easy and safe access while driving. The voice activation is awsome and easy to use thx to Microsoft. I also love our rear camera with the big screen. I feel so safe in this car And I am comfortable with my family in it.

A great looking car with a lot of room inside for kids and a whole lot of jump. Yet, I had to replace a couple of things already so let's wish it was just a problem that the car wasn't too well assembled and now that most of the things were fixed, I won't have a lot of problems in the upcoming future.

Would still recommend it though.

I like this car because I find it really comfortable and inviting. The exterior design is pretty neat. The fuel though is not really good (for me anyways). For some reason, I have to make a stop to the gas station every time I get back from work. But overall, this car is fantastic. And it's new. It's better than my old car.

Fanttastic, reliable vehicle, Only selling this much loved vehicle because we no longer need a second vehicle.

one of the best running vechiles I have owned. No rust and interior is immaculate. Never had any major problems just routine oil changes and maintenance has been required

I love our edge! The Sports package makes it so much sexier! I also love the interior. It's very roomy without being a mini van. Loving all the gadgets. They often come out with updates so I'm not feeling too bad when something techy stops working. It's a quick fix. We are having some transmission issues, they said they see nothing physically wrong with it and their tests are coming back negative for anything so at least we have that. Otherwise it's been an amazing experience! I love my sweet ride!

I've had my edge for almost 4 years now and other than the regular scheduled maintenence, nothing has gone wrong. Great on fuel and very reliable!!!

I loved the look and drive when I bought it, now I also love it's reliabilty. I can't count how many people have approached me in parking lots asking how I liked my car. I tell everyone who does I love it. (Ford owes me some kick backs! lol)

Car has been terrific in all kinds of driving conditions and handles very well. Seats are comfortable with all sorts of room in the back row and storage area.

Heated seats are a dream!

I purchased this vehicle in 2007 and have loved it since the day I test drove it. It has never let me down - our driveway is very steep - making winter conditions a challenge for my previous vehicles. This vehicle handles the challenge every time - I named it my "Billy Goat'.
I love the way it handles on the road - and the cargo space is amazing for larger items....
The roof - when open it's like a convertible (which I've always wanted but never had).
I would replace with another - no question.

This car was fully loaded (minus the expensive DVD player & Nav package - I chose the moon roof instead). The driver's seat was truly a throne - 8-way power heated soft leather, memory seats and mirrors, steering wheel mounted audio, SYNC and cruise control (note: no cancel button for cruise control). Ergonomically friendly comfort and design. The console utilized large well-lit buttons for ease of use and most of all, the SYNC hands free voice-activated system, second to none in the industry. Full-time AWD added power and control in all weather conditions though it did sip a little more fuel. Plenty of power while maintaining a quiet and very smooth ride. The stereo system & subwoofer were a quality combination. The power rear lift-gate (from the fob as well) was an extremely convenient feature. Storage was exceptional with the back seats down plus the fold-flat passenger seat. It was no problem fitting 10-12ft boards in the vehicle - good for deck, fence, basement work or that oversized Ikea trip. Lots of space and comfort for passengers as well. Overall in my opinion, a great vehicle.

So far it's been smooth and no issues. Very room in the back and comfy in the front. Love the fuel device that shows how much gas you're using per 100/km.

Really like this car. Wanted a vehicle which is good in all weather conditions and little road noise. Rides great,looks great. Tried all brands and this was the best. Very pleased.

A cheaper version of the Lincoln MKX,it offers excellent value for the money. Smooth, functional, practical and fun to drive. Highly recommend it for those with limited funds who want a sporty SUV without breaking the bank!

I have not owned a ford product in over 28 yrs. This new ford edge is a dream to drive. With all the new options such as Nav and voice commands make this vehicle a joy to drive. The comfort and ride are excellent. Never thought a GM man would turn to Ford but this vehicle sold me over all the other SUV's on the market this year.

The 2011 Edge is a good all- round mid-sized SUV. The V6 had plenty of juice when needed, but delivers 10.9L/100k economy. All wheel drive works well, and handling is decent for this type of vehicle. Sync is good but a bit flakey. Head rest too close to head. Fit and finish is decent, but not spectacular, but decent when considering overall cost. Reliable? Yes.

I love my ford edge, and am more than happy with the purchase of it. Rides smooth over the brutal Ontario roads, and is quiet. Interior mood lighting and the vista roof are amazing features. Good on gas, better then what everyone would think an SUV would get. Most definitely purchasing another Edge once this one hits 95 000km... Also I highly recommend the Ford Edge, its fast when you want/need it to be, and is very reliable.

We just love the car ,but because of about 5 inches too wide have problems in our Garage ,and we need a power liftgate on the trunk also because of our age. WE are sad to give up this Car someone who will get this is a very lucky person.

This 2013 Edge won me over with the sleek styling, the larger rims and the interior trim and comfort. Great value for the money with lots of toys and gadgets for us guys. Many family safety features as well such as back up camera, and reverse assist.
