Kia Rondo 2007-2017Change

No such thing as a perfect car but this Kia Rondo is perfect for us. Very comfortable and quiet and handles our terrible roads very well. Family recently came to visit and amazing what we were able to pack into it. This might be the best car I have ever owned.

I've had this vehicle for going on ten years now. Never had any major issues. It's reliable and efficient. The ride is incredibly comfortable and it handles very well

This car is the best car I have ever had. It is comfy, roomy, rides nice and the gas mileage is awesome. The windshield is very large giving less blind spots and it has a model that has seating for 7. The air conditioner and heater have vents in the back seat so your passengers stay comfy. I would highly recommend this car.

I bought the car in 2010 and it has serve our family well. The 7 seat option is very convenient when needing to bring extra guest to go around (not good for long trip though as they are no more trunk space).

It's also very confortable with the front seat and back seat by being able to sit higher. And the foldable seat option in the back are very convenient when needing to carry big/long/more objects.

We totally love our Kia Rondo, has been very reliable and is great for highway trips. Gas millage on the highway is great as well. A+++ car

No problems with our vehicle so far. Lots of room. We love the heated seats and steering wheel, which warm up fast. The backup camera is a great feature too.

Sadly after the warranty expired little things starting to show wear like the cover for the USB port came off in my hand and the passenger side vanity mirror is now broken - the case, not the mirror, but over all for the price this has been a reliable car and gets all of my work and gear from point A to point B. It's even been to Florida 4 times including a trip down to the Keys.

Love everything about it. Although the interior and exterior design might not be the best, the performance alonside everything else is mint! Would totally reccommend to buy.

i waslooking at 2007 kia rondo lx 200,000 kms . testdrove it and fetlt good. dealership asking 5,000 includes everything ... REally well looked after and immaculate. \

My question is because it has so many kms i am thinking it may not be good to buy it..

Very spacious and comes with a lot of bells and whistles. Its a very reliable car that will cut your gas costs and keep money in your wallet.

The entertainment system is awesome, it has very easy to use Blue tooth system that connects with smart phones. The a/c is awesome and keeps you cool in summer and the heat keeps you warm in winter.

The car is ergonomically designed with all the dials and buttons easily accessible; it even has a shopping bag holder. The middle console has a low and a deep compartment.

We have only had our rondo for just over 3 months and we are pleased with our purchase. For a family of 5, with two adults, a teenager and 2 small kids it is great for day to day commuting or short weekend trips. I think the only disappointment thus far is with the fuel economy, which never varies much from 10L/ 100 Km, which is not far off from our much larger Mazda CX-9, even with the Eco feature turned on. Of course we have probably not fully worked in the engine and no trip has exceeded 400 Km from our home. Perhaps in longer trips the fuel savings will start to show, but then again for long haul travel we will need a roof rack, which will negate the fuel savings. Also the car lacks pep (especially with the Eco feature turned on), so you have to take this into consideration when driving on the highway. All in all, the Rondo does the job of a comfortable people mover inside a deceivingly small body.

Got my Rondo 2008 second hand, with 3 years and 32,000km on it... moved from PT Cruiser I LOVED for it's interior so flexible design - and ofcourse cool look :)
RONDO - once inside, same seating and all controles felt at very same place I had on PT that I had for 5 years... Felt right away at home. Good ride, confort and plenty of room inside... My 9ft kayak fit inside - with rear door closed. Love the car. Will love to have front passenger's seat's back to fold forward flat - as I had in PT Cruiser. Can be realy handy and practical... Home project: Install one man sleeping & "camping" quoters.
Problems? The CD of my radio give-up. And the A/C gave up just at the end of summer - so 1st think to do - in May?
Have 125,000 km on it now. Never let me down. Want to keep for 3 more years. Next car? 95% it will be RONDO again. The EX 2015+?

If you don't want a monster sized family van, this is the perfect sized car for a family that requires 7 seating from time to time. Not as refined finishing but fits the budget.

this is a very great family car. It is very versatile as well with both 2nd and 3rd row seats folding down you can use it for cargo. This car has never let us down. It rides great drives great and is great on gas. With it being a 7 passenger it was great with a large or small family. The side airbags are one thing that I really felt safe with. To access the 3 rd row seating is very easy. I like the fact that the 2nd row is a 60/40 split and the 3rd row seating splits as well. The ESC is great and we liked the heated mirrors as well the front windshield is heated as well along with the defrost from the heater. It is a very comfortable ride short or long trips.

I really love the Rondo. its great on fuel, and its perfect for city and why driving which is something I do a lot of. The Front window is large and has great visibility, also the inside has plenty of room for anything I need weather its taking the family somewhere or loading my bike into it. The rack mount ontop also makes it extremely handy for when I want to take my kyak somewhere.

I really found this car to be perfect for all my needs. It is spacious with enough room for an entire family but still small enough that the car is easy to manoeuvre, i really enjoyed the fact that the car was both great for city and long distance driving. It is a car with a great gas to mileage ratio. It is the perfect car for both the family and/or a new driver looking for a used car that is still in excellent condition with no scratches or dents. I would definitely recommend this car.

Excellent family vehicle with the 7 seats & they're easy to fold up or down, the kids could do it. We hauled a lot in it, furniture, building supplies, camp gear, hockey gear, plants. Great gas milage. We have been through BC with it 5 or 6 times, it has great pick-up thru the mountains. The DVD player kept the kids quiet & put them to sleep on long trips (JOY). Easy power controls & features; really love the heated seats. And my personal favorite is the power sunroof. The 7 seats has been so handy! hauling lots of kids with friends. It is really comfortable. Always been reliable for us!

This car is a gem,, great on fuel, great ride & having 7 passenger is a bonus , would be excellent for large family,, I loved it because having my grandchildren all at once,service all up to date, Im a senior & hubby & I decide 1 car between us ,, we have bought a new car,

This is the second KIA vehicle I've owned and both have been excellent purchases. They are reliable, comfortable, and in the case of the Rondo, extremely versatile. Hauling kids and their bags, or luggage for the road trip is extremely easy and the car is the right size so it's still easy to maneuver.

I absolutely loved my Kia Rondo..it is comfortable, spacious, reliable, well built and has all the options included that I needed. Good on gas.Never had any problems. Kias are very well built and affordable.

We have had our 2008 Rondo EX (4cyl) for 5 years now. It has been in the shop to replace the rear brake rotors, and that is it for maintenance. The seats are fairly comfortable until you've been driving for a few hours, after that your back will start to get sore. The 7-passenger seating has come in very handy for us, especially when the kids were younger, and the fold-down second row is great for hauling bigger items, although you will be hard pressed to get anything close to 4ft wide through the trunk door. Best fuel economy is in the 100-110 range, at 120kph+ there is a huge dropoff in fuel efficiency. Highway wind noise is brutal, the wind coming off the side mirrors just howls at highway speeds.
