Mazda Mazda6 1990-2016Change

I love this car i never had any problems with it. The exterior of the car is sleek and sexy. Interior is a little dull not much to it. So fun to drive and handles great ZOOM ZOOM. The wrost part of the car is the headlights. If one burns out you can't do it yourself you have to bring it to a dealer which cost alot more.

I've owned my Mazda for 4 years and it's been nothing but a pleasure to drive. Before this I had a Mazda3, and decided to upgrade. Even with 3 kids (ages 7, 5 and 4) there is more than enough room for everyone and plenty of cargo room for all the "stuff" that goes along with kids.

This car has been great for me. I've used it to move lumber, scrap metal, dirty car parts etc. It's such a beautiful design inside and out. I'm a mechanic and I can tell you that besides the brakes, changing the oil and minor maintenance, this car has been extremely reliable! The biggest complaint I've seen online is of a rattle sound when idling. This is caused by the timing chain and has nothing to do with the car not being made well. I've seen cars with timing belts that have gone and the whole engine ends up blowing up. With a timing chain, you dont have to worry about your belt stretching. The only complaint is the fuel economy. On a full 70 litre tank, I get MAYBE 520km before needing to fill up again. It's a terrible city car but a great highway car. This is better than a pickup truck because people wont think of you to help them move. hehe

I bought this car used in 2008 and it has been very good to me. Have used it for city driving as well as long road trips. Always comfortable to ride in, have had very few mechanical problems, and handles very nicely in any weather conditions. Would easily recommend it to a friend and if doing it all over again would buy the same.
Draw back is that I get around 35 MPG - decent, but not super.
Favorite feature: the hatchback. With the back seat folded down this car works like a truck. I'm always amazed at what can be fit into it.

Great family car, good on gas and can always depend on it. 70,000 km on it since it was purchased, and only brakes have been serviced and new tires. Highly reccomend.

It has performed exceptionally well all year round even when it's not plugged in. Still starts in very cold weather.

Great car...have driven over 80000 kilometers with absolutely no problem. Aside from oil changes and brakes this car is easy on the pocket book. Waiting for the next Mazda wagon with Diesel option to come out!

I really like the look of the car. The leather seats feel a little harder than other leather seat cars I've been in. Drives well, even in the Canadian winters, and the heated car seats are a godsend when it's cold out.

I've owned a 2004 Mazda6 for 9 years and have had incredible reliability. No problems, only regular maintenance items. Car is great on gas and fun to drive and still practical

Bought car and absolutely love it. I'm 6'3 and can drive car in absolute comfort. Interior is very nice with all controls being in great locations. Mazda got it right with this car.

My favorite car in 35 years as a driver. The best road handling for the price. A fun to drive family car. Great equipment too (GTV-4). Great value. I was sad to let it go at the end of the 48-month lease.

Michigan-built, so assembly is typically American: some gaskets misadjusted, some loose parts. One of the rear wheels wouldn't stay aligned.

Canada: Decent in snow; Blizzak tires were definitely below expectations.

Never have any major problem. The repair and maintenance cost is low. I still own this car and drove for 8 years already.

Great amounts of space for seating and storage. Have a 6'6" sibling, fits in the back just great. would recommend.

Got this car 3rd hand with 230k km, engine still runs strong. the car requires a good few minutes to warm up before you can use it to full potential

car is stylish and I love the trunk space with the hatch on sedan. bose audio system is incredible even without subs

the transmission on the atx is not the best between 3-4 gear and there is a big power gap between 2-3.

I had leather interior so everything looks clean comfy. although not comparable to any mid-high end euro cars this is definitely a good buy if you are looking for a 'masculine' family car with decent power and space.

A perfect car for both city and highway driving! Gets us where we need to go safely and efficiently! Comfortable and stylish all in one car! I would definitely recommend the Mazda 6 car! Zoom Zoom!

This car is great in all aspects except fuel economy and the transmission.

I only get about 6km/L on the V6 engine.

The transmission slips very often if you have a heavy foot.

Otherwise, great car.

Generally quite fashionable from the "zoom zoom" days. The interior and exterior are both well designed and spacious despite the size. Turns well and handling is superb as expected with this class.

Problems are the fuel economy is terrible and the constant need for oil changes to keep the car in great conditions. One interior problem that I see is the window/seating position is not well placed so looking to your left side blind spot requires one to stretch their head more to see the spot otherwise the car is great.

I bought the car this summer and I love it! The premium sound system is great and the leather seats are very comfortable. The automatic climate control is also great. This car makes an excellent daily driver.

I had the oppertunity to take this car for a few weeks as a rental and was in love with the smooth sleek design. It was a little low to ground for my liking. It had the manushift option and was awesome to drive. The dash had a great display well lite and organized. I would consider purchasing this car.

I have been driving this mazda 6 2006 for last 3 years...never had to take it back to dealer/mechanic for any big issue. The fuel ecomomy is just great. Lots of room in the car. the trunk is spacious...Perfect for travelling.

This the best car,its convertible with good seat,steerweel handle.all my fam have,they said it one of the most durable car ever,so try it ,I know you would love it too.

I've had this car for years and love it!! It picks up well and is so comfortable to sit in during rush hour traffic. It's my first car and I plan for my next car to be a Mazda.

this is a great car , great finish , great handling , good accelaration but its not a car to be betted normal driver only lol not for racing
