Volvo S60 2001-2012Change

I bought this car used I have it for 8 years and did a lot of traveling. It is a very comfortable car and very reliable

The volvo s60 is a terrific car to drive. It is an awesome sports car, looks great but is not trying to make a snobby statement (unlike BMW, Mercedes).

-The seats are the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in
-The acceleration is terrific and is fun to drive
-Tiptronic mode is great for steep hills and really saves from overusing the breaks
-The engine along with the rest of the car is built extremely sturdy, which provides a very reliable, safe vehicle

It is fully loaded and looks like brand new, and all Tires are brand new and Four Season tires.

My Volvo also comes with winter heated leather seats and sunroof, Plus the great Vovo stereo System, and the most important thing is that the car also has SIX - 6 Years Full Warranty . The mileage is only 130k.

We have been thrilled with out 2004 Volvo S60 T5. It has been incredibly fuel efficient, very comfortable and reliable! We loved this car so much that we decided to purchase a new 2013 model. Don't hesitate - this is a great car folks!

I think the only problem with Volvo's is they turn wide making U-turns a pain at times. Other than that they are safe comfortable and very fun to drive especially doing long distance travelling.

Having driven this car for 4.5 years I can confirm it is a well designed and comfortable car, with an exceptional safety record.

Road handling and performance are responsive with excellent reliability. No mechanical issues or recall requirements during my ownership. One of the best cars of its type on the market I would recommend Volvo to anyone.

The car has been nothing more than astonishing, from its fuel economy to the swiftness of a ride. Worth to buy, my loss your gain.

this is a car i have owned for almost 3 years and only cost i had was oil change and nothing more.very safe and comfortable car and reliable.

Very reliable. Incredible winter traction. Volvo service has been great to deal with. As a second car, it has not experienced a lot of wear and tear. Has been very well maintained.

The Volvo S60 feels very smooth and it is easy to drive at high speeds without realizing how fast you are actually going. The leather backseats although comfortable are cramped if the front seat is pushed back all the way. Pickup is excellent. Steering very tight and feels solid. One complaint is that turn radius is very poor. Controls are well placed and easy to manage.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to buy this car as my first car, and I'm definitely enjoying my experience with the car so far. Yes it's not as reliable as a Camry, or as fuel efficient as a Prius, but what it does have is emotion. It's one of those cars you see yourself turning around to look at once you park, and walk away. The car has features which you simply couldn't imagine in 2004, but leave it to the Swede's to come up with the coolest stuff! Performance is surprising at first, then it becomes quite toxic. You will easily match or beat a BMW 335i or Merc C350 if the need ever arises, and they will be dumbfounded by this unassuming Volvo. However, my review is not all positive; repairs will be costly for this vehicle, which you definitely have to consider before your purchase. Make sure to get an extended warranty if available, and thoroughly check for any damages.

I had a Honda Prelude before this one and had second thoughts soon after buying the Volvo. All doubts disappeared within minutes after leaving from the dealership. Even the rush hour traffic didn't bother me as I was so comfortable in the Volvo. It is an excellent car to drive on long trips as you can so easily adjust the electronicly control seats which fit me perfectly. On the negative side it does not accelerate very swiftly and the fuel economy isn't great. I also have some concern about ability to see well to the sides if I turn my head to look over the shoulder - the view is not as unobstructed as I wish. Nevertheless it is a wonderful car.

The R variant of the S60 family from Volvo provides a bit of added punch with the single turbo. This car has go, comfort and safety. A good pick for those with a family but still want to have something sporty.

Have 205,000km on it. At 68,000km car was hit on right front. Tried to have it written off, but $14,000 later I got it back. Collision shop owned by a Volvo dealer did a poor job and wouldn't you know it a year later my wife hits a racoon. That was a $6,000 job because the next collision shop had to repair the first collision shop's mess. Too add insult to injury, I put about $3,500 of my own money into it to make it right! Steering rack and sunroof guides needed to be replace at a cost of $3,000. Likes - acceleration, ride, comfortable seats, quite, intuitive controls, timeless design. .

I have had a 2002 and 2007 model years. I like the firmer ride, handling and sportiness. I have found an independent for servicing and they are excellent. My maintenance costs have been very reasonable and the work has been excellent. I currently have 90,000KM and intend to run it at least another 100,000 before intend considering a change.

Seats are just amazing, I could fall asleep in them.

Comfortable, reliable, and fast! This car rides very smoothly and the turbo engine allows it to pick up speed very quickly. I have had the car for about a year and a half and have had no issues so far. The back seats also go down providing more space for larger objects that don't fit entirely in the trunk. My only concern has been the locking mechanism on the trunk - sometimes when it's very cold outside the latch on the trunk does not seem to catch. Otherwise - a solid car!

This is my daily commuter car, and the one I use for road trips. On my last journey, I encountered an unexpected patch of black ice, and despite spinning out, and hitting a barrier, the car recovered, without so much as a scratch. I was amazed.

Very reliable car that drives great. The AWD system is awesome for winter driving (especially with winter tires and winter traction control mode). Fuel economy is pretty reasonable, with a combined average of around 11.5 L/100km. Has 6 airbags which makes the vehicle feel very safe to drive, along with a lot of reinforcements in the front end that I haven't seen in many other cars. I have only owned mine for 2 years, but have never had any mechanical problems with the car, and the previous owner said he never had any problems either. He sold this one because he upgraded to a newer S60 and I think I will be doing the same thing within the next few years. Take a test drive in one if you get the chance, amazing car!

Had this car since 2008 until present and I haven't had any major issues. Just regular Oil/Filter changes,brakes, etc but nothing major.

I've owned this car for almost two years now. very few problems and scheduled oil changes every 12K arent bad either. The seats are the most comfortable leather seats ever and the car looks awesome on the outside. I have the 2.4T with the low boost turbo in a 5 cylinder engine. Lots of power and a smooth smooth ride.

DROVE 5 YEARS...MINIMUM REPAIRS. Mostly highway miles. Best seats I have ever sat in. Fast turbo. 8 years old...time to trade.
