2021 Genesis G70 Pricing Announced, Pre-Orders Open for New G80

The 2021 Genesis G70 will start at an all-in price of $43,000 and now comes standard with LED headlights.

As the Korean automaker’s BMW 3 Series competitor, the compact sport sedan has earned a lot of praise for its very German build quality and driving dynamics. It’s available with a base turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine or a turbo 3.3L V6 and standard all-wheel drive. There’s also a Sport model available with rear-wheel drive and a manual transmission that is an upgrade with a $45,500 price. The fully loaded Genesis G70 3.3T Sport model goes for $58,000.

A base Genesis G70 comes with the four-cylinder engine, an eight-speed automatic transmission, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 18-inch wheels, a sunroof, heated seats and steering wheel, and a full suite of driver assistance features like automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control.

The automaker has also announced that pre-orders have been opened for the 2021 Genesis G80 sedan. There’s no pricing yet but the deposit is a fully refundable $1,000. Pre-orders can be made at this link with delivery expected for the second half of 2020. Genesis will be unveiling more information about the luxury sedan in the near future.

Genesis includes five years/100,000 km of scheduled maintenance with all of its vehicles and valet pickup and dropoff for service, along with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the service.
