Nissan Prices 2021 Sentra From $19,198, Adds Heated Seats

For 2021, the Nissan Sentra compact sedan sees a base price increase of $400, with other trims getting an increase of around $200. For that extra cash, the base model now offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the board and adds heated seats. And the SR model gains a manual transmission.

The sharply styled Sentra, which includes a floating-roof look normally reserved for more expensive segments, comes with Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard. That means intelligent emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert with braking, lane-departure warning, and high-beam assist. It also has driver alertness monitoring. Nissan says it has the most standard safety features in its class.

For 2020, a six-speed stick was only offered on the base S trim but is now available on SR trim, which is aimed at buyers looking for a sportier Sentra including LED lights and orange-stitched interior.

While previously Android Auto and Apple CarPlay were limited to SV and above, they're now standard on S as well, while heated front seats have also become standard on that model, along with heated mirrors – all useful features for much of the year in Canada.

All Nissan Sentras are powered by a 149-hp 2.0L four-cylinder engine, with those not offering the manual getting an Xtronic CVT.

The 2021 Nissan Sentra is on sale now, starting from $19,198.
