For 2010, the Lincoln MKT is an all-new model.
Sharing its platform with the Ford Flex, the three-row MKT comes with a choice of two engines: a naturally-aspirated 3.7-litre V6, or a 3.5-litre EcoBoost V6 which uses twin turbochargers and direct injection to provide the power of a V8 with the fuel efficiency of a V6. Both use a six-speed automatic transmission with manual mode and paddle shifters, and both are all-wheel drive.
The MKT comes in a single trim line, with available options.

Other options include adaptive cruise control with collision warning and brake support, Active Park Assist, a second-row refrigerated console, DVD headrests, trailer tow package, and power second-row bucket seats.
