Dodge Dakota 1998Change

I've had my Dakota for just over 4 years and I love it to death. Powerful and fun to drive, never had an issue with it!

Great truck very reliable and easy to work on. The 5.2 has lots of power and im happy with the fule economy. I love the looks and it has good control for canadian winters. I would reconmend this truck.

I've owned my truck for 8 years now and it looks great, run great and is fun to drive for fun or for work, only thing I hate about it is the fact the fuel economy is really bad, I have a V6 3.9L and at $85.00 to fill up with regular fuel, I am lucky to get 350 kilometers to the tank. I wish they still made Dakotas to this day because they are great little trucks, but they would really need to be a lot more fuel efficient for today's standards.

Had a lot of ups and downs with my dakota but over all its a reliable starter vehicle, owned it for over a year now and has not been off the road longer then a month.

a great ride good on gas handles very well with little maintaining and excellent in snow. very sturdy vehicle with lots of power

this truck is a fun truck that is quick and slik love this would have 7 if i could, want moooooore this truck is powerfulland reliable mine dropped cylinder 100000 klikss ago and still runs nice it starts dred and it dosent need oil to run

Been driving it for 9 years, since my husband passed away. Easy to keep in great condition and it is a wonderful truck, has lots of power (v8), the higher suspension and had gotten me thru many kinds of weather. Had s problem with steering wobble and had to fix the front ball joints -and as a result the brakes - before I got to 90,000 kms, which, the way I drive, didn't make sense. Discovered on line that there seems to be a problem with the Dodge trucks (Rams in particular) with the way the front end steering is put together. Unfortunately, the company has yet to acknowledge it..
