Great Commuter
This Car is great as a commuter vehicle or first car. Lots of room inside and reliable start up. The fuel economy with car is still great and saves alot of money in costs.

Great car
I have had this car for about 5 years now and it has been really good to me. Very reliable comfortable. Haven't had any issues with it. Very well maintained from the beginning. Can't complane about performance, handles great in the city and on the highway. Great car for road trips. One thing that sold me the car when I bought it was the panoramic sun roof, not to many cars have this, I ve personally have only seen it on the Pontiac and Mercedes Benz. It is a really nice feature and a definite head turner.

Exciting Car to Drive
The 3.5 ltrs V6 engine delivers excellent performance without being heavy on gas consumption.
Reliable car - I have owned the car for 8 years and enjoy riding it.
Apart from the regular service maintenance, one set of tires and break pads when needed I have not had to spend extra money on repairs. Great sound system too.

Great reliable vehicle
I have yet to have any problems with the car. I have taken very good care of it from the day I purchased it and is free from any accidents.

Smooth, fast and sporty
This car is a pleasure to drive. It has a smooth manual transition, always been reliable, and accelerates quickly. The tinted windows make this sporty car young and trendy.

This car has been a piece of luxury for me to own and drive! Looks like a sports car!
I have had this car since it was new. Just love driving it! Handles so well on the highway - good thing for the cruise control! It has this cool feature where it can shift into manual drive if needed and also has "trac control" so if it starts to slip it goes into 4 wheel drive. I put winter tires on it and it goes through just about anything. It gets great gas mileage. I thas a huge trunk which can be loaded up pretty good - great for us shoppers but is a dream to park in the busy parking lots.

Fantastic car is a lot of fun.
I have owned this car since summer of 2009 and have enjoyed every drive with it. The car is very fast and very fun to drive, especially with the 6 Manual Gears to play with. With regular maintenance I have had no problems.

Not a bad car be be warned about tires!!
I really enjoyed this car and it was fairly comfortable. But had endless problems with the tires that I believe had to do with the rims. I was constantly having to put air in the tires or get them replaced. Outside of the tire issue I was very happy with the G6 but it wasn't as comfortable as the Grand am which it was supposed to replace.

Great car
Its a great car gets me to work in the morning comfortably, looks great stylish, brings me shopping, and gets me anywhere i need to go, havent had to do any repairs on it yet... 90,000km great car

Front End Problems
I really like this car, and there is nothing wrong with it. I haven't had any problems with it except for the clunking in the front end - that apparently isn't fixable and isn't covered under warranty. I have just spent money on maintenance. It is a good car for a small family and reliable for the most part.

Decent car for the money
I have had good luck with my car. It was resonably priced to buy and has given me no problems. There are issues with the electronic power steering assist giving grief, but I haven't had it. One issue is the steering shaft being on too much of an angle so once it wears a bit you get a bit of clunk noise when hitting bumps. I recommend the cars with the luck i have had

It's a sporty, sleek,fast little car. In cold weather it starts no problem, and runs great. The 2 door is a car for a couple, or just one person. Great fuel efficency, and has "get up and go". The trunk space is huge, but not occward looking from the out side. It's a great car to drive.

Good to drive, no real issues. Aluminum wheels do pit in the Canadian winters but other then that car works great.

Great Looking Car
I truthfully wish that the mileage was better, because it is the most beautiful car in its price range. I may even have a mechanic replace it for me one day just so I can keep the car.

it works good
drives great. looks great, very comfy to drive for a long time, good in the winter, not bad on gas it seems to be an overall pretty good car great family car that is very spacious and you can fit lots of stuff in it

Great options
I drove this car a lot. It also had great features at that time, with a monsoon stereo system and CD changer. My favourite features were the heated leather seats and the panoramic sunroof. Although the fuel economy was a bit atrocious, due to the 3.9 litre engine.

Good sporty car
We got the GTP hardtop convertible, with a 3.9 litre engine. Good sporty car, great in the summer but also usable in a good Canadian winter.

Too bad Pontiac doesn't exist anymore, would have liked to look for a new one. We'll be driving this one for years to come

Poor View
I love my car... always have. There are only a few issues with it.. the blind spots in the car are awful! And the gas mileage isn't the greatest but what more can you ask for in a V6

Great car, but has some poor points.
Been an overall reliable car, acquired this from a dealer with 25k rental car kilometers on it. Been a steady ride and has the power to keep up in most situations. Comfortable car and handled corners.

Poor points is this car often starts experiencing problems with the catalytic converter and much other things started going around 90000Km.

good all-around sporty family sedan
- sporty and clean styling compared to Pontiac's of yesteryear
- clean and upscale interior design compared to Pontiac's of yesteryear -- but still impressive compared to other models in its class
- fuel economy is decent for vehicles back in 2006, especially for a V6
- performance could have been better over-all; although it felt decently torquey and powerful from a stop (i.e. more torque than HP equals false sense of power around town)
- no problems during its stay with us
- not Buick comfortable, but seats provide good support for long drives

Great car! no hassles!
I have driven this car across Canada and I can say it's very comfortable, easy to drive, and the GTP can go from comfort cruiser to roaring sports car in a blink! Plus it has tons of trunk space! What more could you ask for??
