won't keep the rain out
Car would fill up with water when it rained..no fix. tried everything. . Aparently one culpret is the seem at the firewall...need to trmove the exhaust maniford to get at it which is near impossible unless you wabnt to spend a lot of money. also window and door seals don't seal no matter how good of condition they are..eventually moisture destroyed the electronics ini the car and it went down hill fast. had the thing crushed. do not buy this car make and year...this isnt the only year affected. do your homework

sporty affordable sub-compact sedan
- strong and torquey 3.3L V6 engine
- very reliable engine and transmission (385,000 original kms and was still going before it was sold)
- weak/troublesome alternator; some heater/HVAC issues arose over time
- comfortable seating
- sporty styling inside and out
- handling was weak on the SE models (GT suspension a definite improvement)
- fuel economy was ok for a 3.3L V6
