2020 Audi Q7

For 2020, the Q7 gets a significant update that includes new exterior styling and a heavily revised, tech-intensive interior.

Available Trims

The Q7 comes in Audi's familiar Komfort, Progressiv and Technik trims. All use a 3.0L turbo V6 with mild-hybrid electric assist. Quattro AWD and an 8-speed automatic transmission are both standard across the board.

Standard Features

Komfort trim's exterior comes dressed with 20-inch wheels, aluminum-look trim, heated/power-folding side mirrors, LED auto-leveling headlights and daytime running lights, and S line trim elements.

Inside, the Komfort gets a panoramic sunroof with blackout sun shade, a heated steering wheel, garage door opener, passive keyless entry, a digital gauge cluster, power front seat and steering column adjustments, heated front seats, three-zone climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, leather dash trim, navigation, a 10.1-inch display, Amazon Alexa integration, voice control, and the Audi music interface.

Standard safety features include front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitoring, exit assist, city-speed forward collision detection with automatic braking, rear cross traffic alert, active cruise control, and camera and distance sensors.

Progressiv trim adds rear collision warning, 360-degree exterior camera views, automatic high beams, a stainless steel trunk sill protector, power-folding side mirrors, ventilated front seats, 4-way front seat power lumbar, 4-zone climate control, heated rear seats, and ambient interior lighting.

Finally Technik trim brings a head-up display, 21-inch wheels, locking wheel bolts with loose bolt detection, matrix LED headlights with washers, adaptive front wipers, touch-sensitive dash buttons, rear door sun shades, power door closers, wireless smartphone charging, a Bose stereo, and adaptive air suspension.

Key Options

Progressiv and Technik trim offer a drive assistance package with an intersection assistant; active cruise assist; predictive efficiency; traffic jam, emergency and turn assist, traffic sign recognition, and active lane departure warning.

Technik can be ordered with a luxury package comprising contour seats with massage, valcona leather, and front passenger seat memory.

Progressiv offers a pair of 21-inch wheel options, and Technik can be had with 22-inch wheels and tires.

Audi's fuel consumption estimates for the Q7 are 13.8/11.4 L/100 km (city/highway).
