Issue: On certain vehicles, covers were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally. Canadian regulations do not allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built-in aiming device. Safety Risk: Headlamps that are not properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility or glare for oncoming drivers, and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install caps over the headlamp adjustment screws.

On certain vehicles equipped with an optional ski bag, the fastening strap for the ski bag may have been sewn with incorrect thread. This could cause the strap seams to tear in the event of crash, which would increase the risk of injury to the passengers. Correction: Dealers will replace the affected ski bags. Note: 72 of the affected ski bags may have been sold as an accessory part through Porsche Dealers.

On certain vehicles, fine hairline cracks could appear after an extended period of use on the filter flange of the fuel pump. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could cause a fire, increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel filter flange if cracks are found. If no cracks are found, a film will be affixed to the filter flange to protect it.

On certain vehicles, the front anti-roll bar links may contain a defect which would allow them to separate from the anti-roll bar. This could affect vehicle handling and stability, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the anti-roll bar links as necessary.
