I love my car it takes me everywhere without a single problem, dealer was so good, gave me a maintenance book to follow where dates are posted to do regular mantainance, I ti s relaible and fast

Despite the few problems with the car, I highly enjoyed driving it around the city and countryside! Great on fuel and enough room for a family! I drove it everyday to work and back. Brakes and acceleration are good, steering is good, radio's volume is excellent, heat and A/C is great. Tucson also has command start, which is excellent to use during the winter!

However, if you put the keys in the ignition, close the door to go do something for a minute or less, the vehicle has a tendency to automatically lock all of the doors. I recommend keeping a spare key with you at all times. Once when I had returned to my house after work, I turned the vehicle off, got out of the vehicle (did not lock it....all of the doors were unlocked) and walked around to the passenger seat in the front. I went to go open the door and it was locked. I had to use the car keys to unlock the door to get my stuff out. ***always put your stuff in the vehicle before starting the car, or keep the driver's door a crack open if the car is running***

I purchased my Tuscon in 2006, new, and have had absolutely no regrets. It still a sturdy SUV and, aside from general maintenance, it has been a reliable vehicle. It has never failed me on the coldest of mornings and performs superbly in winter weather. It has a manual transmission that has never given me any concerns. Fuel economy is okay, I average 27 to 30 mpg. due to mostly city driving. To date I have accumulated 155,000 km and still going strong.

Amazing SUV, been very realizable and fuel efficient. Great in winter & summer. Low maintenance costs, drives well. Great handling and steering. Lots of cargo space with rear folding seats.

This is by far my favourite vehicle I have owned! I love the suv style, it has plenty of interior room, comfortable seating, and plenty of storage. It's so easy to manouever, and rides exceptionally!

LOVE MY TUCSON!

Since the day I bought my Tucson I have never been let down. Affordable AWD gets through the snow in rural Ontario, carries a full load of people and pets with ease and even hauls a trailer for camping adventures. The perfect size to meet my daily needs and it still rises to the extremes of cargo and long term reliability. With 260 000 Kilometers it is still going strong and I can say that I would buy this SUV again. I would only improve on two things. The reverse lights should be brighter. In the country at night there is no ambient lighting so the reverse lights have to do all the work and I don't find them bright enough. Also, as a short woman the driver's seat is fairly far forward which makes the centre arm rest too far back for ideal comfort. I have openly recommended this vehicle and will continue to do so.

We purchased this vehicle new in 2006 with the intention to trade it in for a newer model after 2 years. Well, we are now 6 years and 155000 km, and it is a reliable as new, runs and drives perfectly, simply impossible to part with.

Bought this used vehicle with low mileage from a dealership when it wss three years old. The ride is quite comfortable. The fuel consumption is decent for a small SUV, although it is not great. The vehicle has been quite reliable so far, the maintenance cost has been minimal. Nothing major needs to be replaced or repaired yet. Planned to keep this vehicle for about ten years.

I have been driving the 2006 Hyundai Tucson for quite a few years now and I love the reliability of this vehicle. I have had very few motor/body issues with this vehicle (knock wood).

It is a smooth ride and really, no complaints.

It is affordable and has everything I need in a vehicle. I love the little cup holders in the back for my young children, the little access into the trunk and even the grocery bag holders in the trunk. These little features really make the vehicle!

The seat is very comfortable and you can adjust it to suit your personal driving style.

The body is great and the paint shines just as well today as it did the day I drove it off the lot.

But the best is the sturdiness of my little Tucson. Aside from general maintenance, it has been a reliable vehicle. Never fails me-even on frigid minus 20 Celsius mornings-my baby starts every time!
